I've got great opportunities to design a better world with products and services that matter for the last 15 years. My constant itch to grow all the skills I've learned and apply them in different industries utilizing different technologies has taken me on the road to launch my own company with a simple goal in mind, enhance the experience, make people's lives easier and better. Im the UX Principal at Kimonio, and as a good entrepreneur I do wear other hats and I do research, document, design, prototype, test, iterate and deliver user-centered experiences together with husband, who's the one that brings everything alive.

Samsung Enterprise Alliance Program was the project I was hired for, my job has been to primarily to enhanced the experience of both Samsung developers and partners while using the existing platform provided:
- 80% of the site is now responsive. I used Google analytics and usability testing to drive this effort and determine which pages will be responsive.
- Incremental updates in navigation and accessibility for responsive widgets like tables and filters.
- Conceptual work for partner dashboard
- Responsive email templates
- Analytics dashboards
Other projects include admin portals for projects like Samsung Pay and Bixby. Helping both power users and read-only users manage large data sets of devices, users, KPIs via dashboards. -
Interaction DesignerBW Technologies by HoneywellCalgary, ABNov 2010 - Aug 2016 (5 years 9 months)• Together with teams located in Canada, USA, Korea, and most recently China, I develop user interface solutions for portable gas detectors in the Industrial, Commercial and High Tech sectors.
• Stakeholder mapping, persona creation, touch-point analysis, rapid prototyping, user flows, and functional specifications are some of the tools that help me maximize usability and performance of design concepts.
• I utilize tools such as Axure, Illustrator, Project, Visio, Photoshop and easyGUI to design end-to-end solutions.
• Visits to Canadian and American users help me develop the portable gas detector journey map that now serves as a basis for futures projects.
• My team and I were recently recognized for our work on the SPM Flex portable gas detector; receiving both the 2015 Honeywell User Experience award and the 2015 Golden Gas Award from Gas and Instrumentation magazine for best new gas detector. -
