Integrating the Staples Europe Agency from the beginning of a digital transformation process, I had the chance to:
• Redefine and guideline the brand's visual communication on all vehicles, from print to online, across all European operations.
• Create the identity of several retail and online programs as well as the concept for cross media campaigns.
• Design and implemented the European Online Promo Guidelines
• Redesign the look & feel of the European e-commerce websites and improve usability, leading to a conversion rate growth of 130% from day one.
• Improve the promotional e-mailing visual rules and templates on a Conversion Centered Design based process.

dFUSION worked regularly with some of the portuguese top brands (such as Adidas, Puma, Optimus, Sport Zone, Sonaecom, Maxmat, Loop Footwear and Amorim Revestimentos) on a broad range of projects, from institutional websites to short-term campaigns.

Being mostly a web and digital designer, my work also spanned through User Interface Design, Print Design and full campaign conceptualization.
