Generated working rough models to assist Sales and Marketing to sell in concept and increase incremental sales across the company.

Designed and managed driver playset for Disney feature film, Frozen from initial concept to rough models to final production and worked with licensors and animators to align with production, product grossed $25 M domestically. * Created first construction playset for Disney Girls, Little Kingdom Glitter Glider Castle with innovative features bringing action and encouraged multiple purchases to Disney Princess line, generated working foamcore models to assist Sales and Marketing to sell in concept. * Developed Disney Tween line including High School Musical 1, 2, and 3, Hannah Montana, Camp Rock, and worked with model makers and sculptors to achieve aesthetic appealing to emerging 'older girl' market, being top sellers for Mattel Girls' portfolio in 2007 and 2008. * Created Disney's Rapunzel Tangled Tower Playset and Maximus Horse accessory from initial rough concepts to final product, collaborated with licensors, animators, sales, marketing, film directors and engineering to meet expectations and schedule deadlines, both toys were top selling products for 2010 and collectively sold $28 M.
