Ben Crenshaw

Self employed artist working mainly with independent game companies on prototype /game development and Kickstarter Campaigns. Tasks include: graphics, packaging, production, logistics, and promotion.

Designed and created several games and products including the Numbers League app for iPad, released in June 2011. NL was featured in App Store New & Noteworthy, achieved #3 in Top Grossing Education Apps chart, has spent several weeks in the top 200 of many international charts. Currently it is being employed in artificial intelligence research by the University of Lisboa's Intelligent Agents Group, and has been selected as a pilot app for an efficacy evaluation study sponsored by the Noyce Foundation and Gates Foundation. My responsibilities on this project were to adapt my original game design to the iPad. I created the interfaces, provided all graphics, worked closely with the programmer, and took a lead role in the app's design, development, and launch.
