Responsibilities included designing and creating branded environments for a variety of client exhibits, events, retail, and commercial spaces. Main focus was to support the Corporate Proposal Group in winning new business. One of those accounts led to the opening of a new branch in St. Paul, MN.

the design studio in St. Paul, MN. I grew a creative team from two to ten designers to support a large accounts team specializing in building corporate accounts. Daily duties included attending customer meetings, creating compelling environmental designs and meaningful experiences. Client presentations included creative storytelling for a specific audience profile, blending customer journey and numerous touchpoints that included demos and digital interactives. Other objectives included creating several product solutions to drive bottom line results delivering nearly 30 million in annual sales for industries including, but not limited to healthcare, defense, and manufacturing.

Largely my role was to manage a team of environmental designers graphic designers and detailers. Oversee studio schedule align talent per need, approve billable hours. expense reports, travel, and conduct studio reviews to ensure overall quality. Additionally, worked collaboratively in a creative capacity between sales and corporate accounts. Presented creative direction to prospective and existing accounts.
