I am a graphic artist with seventeen years of experience proficient in all aspects of design including technical production preparation pertaining to apparel, consumer goods and marketing materials. I started my career in a mass market corporate environment, then spent six years primarily in the field as a freelance graphic designer for clothing brands, restaurants, marketing companies and print shops. I have spent the last three years as the lead designer and creative director for a growing branding and merchandise company focused on screen printing and e-commerce development and fulfillment. My corporate experience has given me the ability to thrive in a team environment cooperating fluidly with multiple departments while my freelance experience has provided me the versatility to work on a number of different projects requiring great attention to detail and efficiency given the different needs of each client. My most recent experience includes working on e-commerce sites through Shopify as well as branding and identity that integrates social media marketing. I am also articulate able to create my own copy when needed ranging from slogans used for text based shirt designs, to pitch copy, to
captions and marketing verbiage.
