    Over the past 19+ years, I have gained a deep appreciation for the importance of visual problem solving as part of growing out existing brands and creating new brands from the ground up. I have broad experience in creative strategy and building out robust multi-channel marketing and design solutions to keep an oranization fresh and relevant. I have both agency and corporate experience, which has greatly influenced my understanding of how to organize and streamline creative workflow, manage strict brand style guidelines, balance budgets, and work as a true member of a team. I have also managed internal and external vendors including digital and graphic designers, photographers, ad agencies, web design and digital marketing firms.

      • Worked directly with the CMO to lead and create seven new brands for each newly acquired asset management investment franchise as they became part of the Victory Network
      • Hired and managed a team of designers to rebrand and create new sales and quarterly materials for Victory and its eight investment franchises, wrote job descriptions, and recruited potential candidates
      • Built fast, strong relationships with executives in each franchise to better foster collaboration, trust, and corporate synergy between departments separated by three time zones
      • Supervised an outside advertising agency and web company to ensure high quality and consistency of the new logo by creating branding standards manual, photography guidelines, and style guide
      • Managed budget and purchase processes for the creative services department, external printing of materials, web expenses, software and hardware, and computer equipment
