•Provide high quality separations for T-Shirt printing. Use individual discretion to determine the separation method for each t-shirt sample. Choose from these separation methods; simulated process, vector spot color, four-color process, and index separations..
•Work closely with pressman to make sure separations are working and production runs smoothly.
•Make sure the screen department has enough work for the day
•Handle artist files and make sure they are compatible for our production needs.
•Work closely with other artists to develop new strategies for expanding the growth of the art department.
•Able to balance several projects at a time
•Create a presentation comp for clients
•Make sure all reorders are updated and spec sheets entered
•Double-check quality and all job information before sending jobs. Including; under-base choke, technique, art and style, numbers, art size and placement.

•Plans concept by studying information given
•Able to balance several projects at a time
•Create a presentation comp for clients and a Production comp for Production
•Make sure all reorders are updated and spec sheets entered
•Double-check quality and all job information before sending jobs. Including; under-base choke, technique, art and style, numbers, art size and placement.
•Create sublimation designs on the appropriate template.
