• Constructed and manage 525,000 sf. corporate offices in three DFW locations: Store Support Center Headquarters, 7NEXT/R+D Development, Luna Offices
• Design, implement interior standards and branding program for Offices, Field Training Offices, Regional Offices, across US, India, and distribution centers in Canada and Mid-Atlantic
• Lead 7-Eleven’s workplace strategy by design and implementation of office changes/moves/adds, and special construction projects, managing the activities of contract labor & in-house TEL/data suppliers to perform the required work. This includes meeting with senior level leaders of each department, project design and development, obtaining quotes and establishing capital and expense budgets, and execution of the project. Implementation includes the preparation of contract documents for city and state permits, adhering to building code and guidelines of the American with Disabilities Act, solicitation of bids, and supervision of the work to assure timely completion and quality.
• Evaluate commercial real estate options, review and negotiation of business and legal agreements including building leases, request for proposals, and letter of intent.
• Coordinate with Property Management on issues regarding the building facilities. Manage monthly rent, utilities, service and repair orders, parking, and general facility management.
• Interact with major cross functional teams such as Asset Protection, Human Resources, and Legal to implement safety and security.
