My passion is to find and design great experiences for the users and the customers. I think that user's experience doesn't consist of only digital solutions but also the services around the product. I want to take part of the problem solving challenges for the customer and the users. My experience in UX and service designing give great tools for this. My background in software engineering guarantees the analytic mindset and understanding feasibility.
I am also interested in cognitive and behavioural psychology, agile approach, problem solving, and company culture development and employee experience.

The university was specialised in UX - in usability-wise. My first minor was software engineering, and the other was industrial management. This combination has given me a strong understanding between the end users of products and services, and the providing company's business models, and how to increase the business performance through digital solutions. I have been working mostly as an interaction and user experience designer at Idean. My main tasks have comprised gathering client and user requirements and business goals with different methods, and transform those into new user interfaces and services for mobile, smartwatch and web platforms to ease interaction between the client and their customers, and to improve the client’s business. Many of the projects have required rethinking and redesigning already existing solutions, but also conceptualising new ones including service designing perspective. -
