• Created and oversaw design of Macy’s owned brands I.N.C., “Starlight”, Giani Bernini, Style & Co, Alfani, and I.N.C. Evening. Grew sales to $65m in 2022, an increase of 9% over the prior year, by focusing in on key items and special classifications. I.N.C. is the #1 volume Handbag resource at Market by Macy’s stores.
• Maximized growth developed into key silhouettes, reducing the number of SKUs, increasing profitability and style productivity 20% by reducing breadth and depth by 20%.
• Increased markup for product developed for 2023 to 72.25% + 124 basis points over LY, by engineering construction, maximizing the efficiency of all components, and utilizing best material options to gain improvement in markup.

Designed all Women's product including Handbags, Small Leather Goods, Accessories, Business and Travel Collections for Retail, Wholesale and International markets utilizing engineering and industrial design techniques. Launched company-wide best selling styles in addition to increasing Women's sales by 40%, exceeding corporate strategy. Collaborated with renowned guest artists including Anna Sui and Jonathan Adler to create Capsule collections. Created exclusive and unique Men's products for special markets and Global events. Represented the company worldwide for leading presentations, development and sourcing. Consulted on Outlet product.

Collaborated with Mr. Falchi to create Luxury line and launch Falchi New York.

Supervised and designed Handbags, Small Leather goods and Accessories in collaboration with Calvin Klein Inc. (License of Accessory Network Group). Managed design team and global factories to implement multiple collections for this world- renowned designer. As Creative Director for the Prestige Group, Celebrity Division managed Handbag Collections for various designers and brand personalities including Zac Posen, Cynthia Rowley, Loulou de la Falaise, Iman, Serena Williams, and Stefani Greenfield.
