• Hard line: knowledge in various types of tooling method, cost effective suggestions on tool plan, various material and usage options, 3D modeling process and printing capacities for various effects for hand samples, understanding time line between hand sample to production to meet shipping date, approval process in plastic goods and knowhow in debugging

• Soft line: knowledge in fashion and plush sewing and construction, industry standard material testing, mass production procedure, knowhow in cost effective construction, finishing methods, and graphic process, understanding time line from hand sample, BOM, MOQ calculation, labor intensive product development, and shipping issues

• Costing and Branding directly working with Sales and Buyer: ability to estimate cost from the ideation to hit target retail price, POG planning with various price points to appeal consumers. Planning strong shelf appeal at retail level. Creating Linelist for ex-factory, FOB, and margin review to fit the need of retail segment, prompt and accurate data to give clear direction to all parties.

• Showroom support and Sales support: showroom set up experience for highly decorative style to straight forward POG setting. Attended various buyer meeting to support sales. Building bridge between buyers need and production capability.
