• Design and manufacture of products that encourage long-term waste reduction, using byproduct materials from different industries
• Partner with local non-profit organizations to facilitate workshops for adults and children
• Source sustainable materials for production through local recycling initiatives
• Market to target consumer through selective distribution channels: online marketplace, retailers, and pop-up shops
• Engage with target consumers through discussions on various social media platforms

• Work collaboratively with local municipality, strata management, solid waste management, faculty, and students from 3 different disciplines
• Design and build a prototype for City of Surrey's organic waste Challenge Dialogue project
• Execute a successful 4-month user pilot test that significantly reduced plastic bag contamination in the organics stream for the MURB
• Create monthly consolidated reports and metrics reporting
• Present the project and findings at the C2UExpo Conference in May 2017
• Assist in the creation of business model, BOM, cost analysis, and manufacture sourcing for upcoming commercial trial

• Translate creative director's concept sketches into 3D models on SolidWorks
• Design and prototype flatpack cardboard versions of existing products
• Assist with exhibition set up
• Assist with order shipping and receiving

• Create monthly consolidated stats for production, environment, health & safety
• Prepare quarterly and year-end stats for board of director meetings
• Assist Minto Mine with copper oxide recovery research
• Assist technical services department with Project Description for the Kutcho project
