I have been designing branded environments for many top global companies
for over seventeen years. My education in both fine arts and architecture have enabled
me to push the boundaries but yet balance the roll of art and function.
When approaching the design of branded environments, it has been my aim to engage as many of the five senses as possible making the project a truly memorable experience. The degree of memory and message that a visitor takes away from an environment is a good measure of its success in meeting its marketing objectives.
Looking holistically at a project concept, I try to imagine beyond the structure to both sound and movement, to heighten the experience with other dimensions. To this end, I have developed relationships with partners whose expertise aide in engaging a greater range of the senses pushing the experience to greater heights. When tracking the concept I have always tried to challenge myself and the team by asking through out the development “ is it alive? “enough breathing space? and if needed, “where do we prune”?
Over the years, directing and working with a variety of different project teams, I have experienced the thrill of success that is possible, when passionate people collaborate and ideas are strengthened and grow beyond what you imagined.
