• Spearheaded the Internal Communications team, creating unique user experiences for employee engagement by visualizing and designing collateral for all org-wide Talent & Culture initiatives.
• Led the internal rebranding exercise across locations, including designing office interiors to align with revised core values, ensuring brand consistency and a unified corporate voice.
• Independently managed print and digital collaterals for the annual awards event, as well as coordinated with the event management company on visual theme and stage design for a comprehensive and glamorous employee experience.
• Program managed multiple phase-wise communication campaigns for org-wide global platform launches including content creation and designing artworks for digital and print publications.
• In collaboration with HR, implemented employee engagement campaign for the return to office initiative, increasing employee participation from 20% to 60%.
• CSR initiatives
• Designed and evaluated communication strategies to improve user experience by leveraging content and UI. Chiefly responsible for introducing a text-friendly mailer format that reduced design dependency, allowed greater flexibility for edits, and enabled faster turnaround times on publication.
• Ensure all materials align with company brand guidelines and core values and comply with the Internal Communication Life Cycle.
• Delegate assignments to the team, conduct design + content reviews, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve user experience and engagement.
• Develop SOPs for corporate communication and manage project timelines.
