Since joining the company in 2015 I have established myself as an integral part of the business, building strong client relationships as well as a team of quality trained designers under me.
In this time I have developed proven working methods & integrated my processes into the how the company operates to unsure consistent quality.
My role as Lead Creative gives me the opportunity to work on a hugely varied range of projects & demands great organisation with a fast paced work environment.
I manage all aspects of design, print & production supplying both our Leeds & Manchester centres. Managing these aspects in turn allows me to work on the most bespoke & challenging projects we undertake.
In addition to this I have also been required to take on incoming sales enquires, manage the workshop workflow, track & make material orders when required & manage the social media accounts for the business.
My work plays a huge part in the companies
development by securing large contracts & clients to further contribute to the companies ambitious growth.

Over the past 5 years working as a freelance graphic designer I have been privilege to work on a huge range of projects with clients ranging from small start ups to large well established business's both in the UK & overseas.
This work has enabled me to work on a hugely diverse range of projects from logo’s for Beauty Salon’s to website mock-ups for Building Developers.
in:house covers all aspect of design work offering solutions across all media platforms, this includes; branding, logo design, bespoke artwork, conceptual design, print design, signage, clothing, online
marketing material, event artwork & marketing campaigns, web design, mock-ups & video production & editing.

Furniture range design for UK manufacturing companies to retail in the UK market. Providing concept ideas, visual’s for all pieces in the range, range plans & GA drawings. Being the only employee meant I was heavily involved in all projects. We covered all aspects of furniture design for the domestic market with products being manufactured in the UK & China. This year allowed me to become extremely proficient in Solidworks and creating manufacturing drawings. This also included some branding & packaging design work. You can find some of my work on sales currently in major retailers.

Graphic design and marketing experiences shadowing and helping with logo design as a voluntary summer placement (Summer 2010).

Completed design briefs for detachable white board products for school & working environments (2010). Also working on the factory floor in the joinery department, in the making of aluminium frames & in despatch of the boards (Summers 07-08)
