Develop, design, and produce a variety of publications including flyers, event program guides, annual reports, annual magazine; provide art direction; conceptualize design work with abstract thoughts; prepare production and cost estimates; track time on projects; set deadlines; and prepare final design for production.

Conduct meetings for message formulation; maintain relationships with outside vendors; and produce bid sheets for quotes.

Work with administrators; interact with campus print representatives and outside customer service representatives; and communicate the graphic image of the University to the public.

Design postcards, posters, publications, signage, and other digital materials for the art galleries at Texas Tech, including the Landmark Arts Gallery; manage and prioritize time between multiple projects; and set deadlines.

Collaborate with graduate students and professors for exhibition marketing; work with print vendors to ensure high quality production.

Develop posters, handouts, and brochures; Work with a team of designers, photographers, video editors to
create cohesive marketing campaigns across print and digital outlets; communicate with department administrators of the Recreational Center to devise strong concepts; and assist in hiring graphic designers for in-house creative team.

Help organize, facilitate, and market fitness events; assist in managing social media accounts; and update the website using HTML and CSS.
