Design and production for digital and offset press, large format printing, apparel design, vinyl graphics and signage. Design for logos, business collateral and other various promotional branded items. High level job management, organization and prioritizing required to produce quality work in a multiple deadline work flow, using various output equipment and finishing tools.

Provide day to day customer support of custom advertising production/web based software, troubleshoot issues to resolution in timely manner, escalate critical issues to the help desk; plan, develop and provide training to individuals and groups, produce training documentation regarding best practices and system enhancements; gather, document, communicate and track enhancement requests, monitor user activity and make system enhancement recommendations, drive new function software testing on staging environment and conduct user acceptance review before release to client.

Communicate with clients and provide signage, vinyl graphic or decal solutions. Completed solutions in timely manner while handling multiple jobs. Operate Roland 30” vinyl printer/cutter, Mimaki 25” & 48” vinyl cutter, Mimaki 96” printer. Flexi-Sign Pro was primary creative software and Adobe Illustrator.
