After working for several months as Hi-Health's email marketing manager, I was promoted to marketing content manager. This involves handling email marketing strategy and the day to day maintenance, creating all marketing artwork (using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), writing copy, improving user experience, customer segmentation and print/web/email/social content development for cross-promotion efforts. I have created a fresh approach to the style of content that is produced based on industry trends and have focused on humanizing and educating our market to build a loyal customer base.
