Designed products and systems across multiple brands, from early concepts to final production refinements with our Vancouver based engineers. Partnered with marketing to define brand visual language across materials, finishes, and promotional art direction. Helped shape the culture and best practices of Kuzco’s brand new internal design studio.

Lead designer on projects ranging from housewares and small appliances to sustainable packaging solutions. Heavily involved in the full design process, including initial brainstorming, concepting, sketching, and working with engineers on final design refinements. Clients include Pepsi, Corona, AllClad—as well as a variety of other housewares brands.

Fully involved in IA’s user centered design, working as a part of multidisciplinary teams, and deeply involved in all aspects
of the creative process: research, concepting, brainstorming, user scenario creation, sketching, prototyping, and refinement. Worked on a wide range of projects in the fields of consumer electronics, housewares, athletic gear, environmental, and medical for clients such as Nike, SCJohnson, LG, HP, and Best Buy. Participated in projects throughout the US, Europe, and Asia, from ethnographic medical research in Germany to client work sessions, presentations, and factory visits in India.

Primary responsibilities involved quick ideation sketching, Photoshop and Illustrator renderings, and participation in
brainstorm sessions. Projects I worked on included bath and kitchen fixtures, office products, and consumer electronics.

Participated in group sketch sessions, brainstorm sessions, bodystorm research, and rendering for a wide range of products including dental products, professional electronics, and consumer electronics.
