Design, benchmarking and outsourcing with Asian suppliers were included in the scope. We identified deliverables, developed time schedules, collected requirements, performed risk analysis and safety assessments. Osby, SE/Hong Kong/China The main projects entailed an Infant/child Travel system "GO" with car seats, stroller, pram-body, accessories and packaging. Development teams were comprised of, engineers and branch experts, from China and Sweden. Responsibilities leading development teams, collecting requirements, identifying functions, developing specifications, supplier contact, benchmarking, product engineering and testing with start-up production in Chinese factories. Some processes quality and product requirements were defined during the project as none formally existed prior to project start. I reported directly to Brio management and worked with risk assessments, FMEA & QC, test Planning, verification and validation: i.e. function, chemical composition, corrosion testing, braking systems, frames, packaging, tipping and car crash tests.
