Rebranded Loungewear division and launched at 2020 Market. Fostered all design processes from concept to completion including color and trend research, fabric development, CAD illustrations, branding, graphics, tech packs, attended and manage fittings, color approvals, sample approvals, coordinate and direct photoshoots for lookbook and merchandising directions, pitch new inventive ideas while self-managing, oversee presentations and design set-up of market displays.

Fostered all design processes from concept to completion including technical design, tech packs, CAD illustration, brand concept and graphics for new private labels, managing sample room, all sourcing, fittings and presentations. Attend all meetings in Hong Kong assisting sales while managing team of 5. Traveling overseas 4-5 times per year while managing all communications with factory. Concentrating in Womenswear, Loungewear and Activewear- Moderate Market.

Identified new loungewear division for established brand C&C California from concept to completion. Duties: trend and color research, sourcing, illustration/flats, graphic branding, sample room development, approvals, presentation with clients, assist to sales, social media management, direct and style photoshoots for media, travel overseas 3 times per year to work in sample room to oversee development. Placed product into Lord & Taylor and acquired new license for French Connection brand intimates line through brand concept pitch.

Designed undies division while assisting work in swim and bras. Created tech packs in PLM, CAD, concept development, recoloring, presentation, assist in merchandising undies tables for Aerie stores.

Designer for Steve Madden lounge and intimates. Duties included: trend and color research, CAD illustrations, tech packs, spec samples, attend fittings, print and textile design, presentation, assist in CAD and technical design work for other accounts in sleepwear division while managing daily tasks.

Designer for Bill Blass menswear dress shirts and ties. Duties included: trend and color research, CAD illustrations, tech packs, spec samples, attend fittings, print and textile design, packaging approvals and presentations while managing my daily team organization tasks.
