Emily Boniface

Currently a part of the in-house design team driving design throughout the NPD process from product concept/strategy to prototyping to industrialisation providing the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders within multidisciplinary teams. The role has allowed me to enhance and build upon workshop facilitation skills, develop new ideation methodologies and to implement "Design Thinking" and Lean Design principles throughout the NPD process.

As a designer within an in-house design team, the role was varied working on concept development across global confectionery brands such as KitKat, Smarties, Rowntree’s, Cailler etc. The role allowed me to expand my knowledge of design within a business context as well as developing a range of skills from working on Communication, Inclusive Design, Virtual and Physical Prototyping for both product and packaging to name a few.
