Kendu is pioneer in the development of innovative retail solutions: from the original Smartframe® system to the latest in digital signage technology.
We had to design custom light-boxes to the clients, develop new concepts of light-boxes and convert concepts designs into standard and parametric product.

Responsibilities included meeting with clients and discussing designs for custom ordering (patent develop, residential furniture, comercial furniture); selecting suitable materials, which might include wood, metal, plastic and textiles; evaluating orders and proposals to determine feasibility of producing item; measuring and detailed sketching and drawing of final designs; improving and correcting furniture items already manufactured; using tools like Inventor, Rhinoceros, Adobe CC and MS Office to complete projects from raw ideas to finished furniture items; determining types of equipment, upholstery, patterns and colors that needed to be used in order to create a piece of furniture.

Worked with the client to understand design requirements and translated them into actual concepts. Developing photo realistic representations (3D Renderings) , Drafting full sets of floor plans, Translating floor plans from analog to digital (Cad), Editing photos for Presentation use.
Recruited and managed carpenters to materialize design concept. Designed sofas, chairs, dining tables, and upholstered beds.

We designed monoblock office chairs and other products. Projects that required significant
research and development of complex patterns and shapes inspired in nature (Morphogenesis). During this period I was able to improve and prove my skills in solid modeling
(STL), stress simulation and rapid prototyping using Inventor, Rhinoceros

Collaborated with the orchestra director, manager, press, and developers to create effective marketing and advertising.
- Designed and developed the web page and TV spot for concerts announcements.
- Provided critiques for online and printed deliverable, delegated tasks and
supervised in the assessment of graphic materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Developed and conducted campaign concept presentations to seek approvals.
- Effectively managed brand teams and maintained on-time workflow of multiple
projects.
