UX Research Lead with 11+ years in high-impact product research roles, most recently at Google Cloud (GCP). Specialized in leading foundational and evaluative research to drive product strategy and improve user experiences in enterprise and consumer settings. Driving Product Strategy: I have driven strategy for new features by using research methods that uncover user needs and recommend the direction the product should take. In a recent project, I helped my teams understand what AI-assisted troubleshooting meant to our users, and what would be the most important characteristics of a tool that enabled this. I did this through a multi phase study that combined literature reviews, interviews, concept testing, heuristic analysis, analytics analysis and evaluative testing. Improving User Experiences: For existing products, I've helped teams understand how their products are doing through heuristic analysis, UX metric and analytics analysis, usability tests and in-depth interviews. One research outcome I employ often is the user/customer journey, which doesn't just point out the problems with existing products, but also highlights what the ideal journey should be.
