• Designing Running/Training/Basketball categories
• Bring Design solution that sets the industry standard for commercially relevant products. Collaborate with the HZO team to ensure seamless integration into inline product plans.
• Understand HZO design directions keeping innovative design aesthetics through cost engineered design solutions.
• Improve the design package from the HZO team to make it better for production.
• Track and modify quarterly samples to continuously improve the quality of samples.
• Design and develop solutions to achieve commercialization of iconic silhouettes.
• Act as an innovative solution provider for the label.
• Constantly resource new materials and processes in conjunction with new manufacturing techniques.
• Communicate and share new insights and best practices to enable potential new design solutions for the rest of the team.

· Be responsible for a sliver of product line of training category (about 12SKU).
· Be responsible for the color Integration of APP and FTW
· Other works is similar to the Li-Ning designer’s job

Urban Sports / Training
· According the key function, the PM's brief and design direction, creating concepts, then sketching.
· Based on different models, selecting the right technics and materials
· Quality and quantity to complete design works and timely output the technic packages.
· According to the design center's progress, cooperate with different teams, tracking the prototyping
· During the sampling, samples need to be modified and confirmed
· Reading sales data regularly, lessons, and put in the next round.
