VMG is a visual merchandising agency specialised in creative realisation of in-store designs and shop window scheme projects. As a designer and project manager, my duty at VMG is well rounded between concept design, artworking and project co-ordination. My role in project co-ordinating includes

▪ co-ordinate projects from conceptualisation, liaise with clients, suppliers and finally organise installation of schemes ensure to meet client's deadlines .
▪ Costing and quoting for projects to be sent for client's approval on a daily basis, building a database of knowledge of material costs on an assorted material both in construction and graphic production.
▪ Assisting the agency to build a great network of relationships with both suppliers and clients through regular phone calls, emails and meetings for any project updates.

As a designer, I take care of the finer details of the project:

▪ Draw up technical drawings to facilitate production for the production house detailing dimensions, materials and colour references of item.
▪ To put together a design document keeping the clients in the loop of the production.
▪ Output print-ready pixel or vectorised artwork for any printed graphics and fabric as well as laser or vinyl cut.
▪ Hands on installation work to style the set and props to perfection as imagined in the initial concept.
▪ Design brochures, social media posts, signatures and any misc. office rebranding from time to time.

Mostly in between and occasionally during employments, I work on a regular freelance basis specialising in graphic design, branding, digital design and illustrations. 

▪ I liaise with the client directly and orchestrate the production ensure to meet the proposed deadline.
▪ Depending on the nature of the type of project, to operate and design using the graphic Adobe suite such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Sketchup and Blender.
▪ Produce a streamline design service involving research, photography, hand-drawn concepts to completion via design softwares listed above.
▪ The freelance projects I take on involves an assortment of projects in brand/identity design, surface design, illustration, package design, storyboarding, concept visualising and animation projects.

Contemporary by Angela Li Gallery is a top contemporary art gallery based in the heart of Hong Kong's Central district.
▪ During my position at CBAL, my main duty was to oversee all designs including stationery, posters, advertisements, invitations and brochures for upcoming exhibitions.
▪ Side duties include liaising with printers and to help setting up exhibitions.

Hato Press is an independent printing and publishing house based in London. My responsibility at this post includes
▪ Operating Risograph printing machines to meet printing deadlines for a large variety of artwork from clients ranging from posters, art prints, cards and brochures.
▪ Picking up production related skills including artworking, book binding, trimming artwork and packaging while maintaining a quality control on the produced items.
▪ Providing general studio assistance to the team on a daily basis.

Niquesa&Co. is an italian jewellery company based in London, UK. I was hired as an Illustrator to participate in the early stages of their jewellery production. My duty is to lend my drawing skills to the designer to visualise and illustrate technical drawings of jewllery designs and to produce show room illustrations.

Hooplo Media is a London based, leading publisher and distributor of multi-platform social games.
I assumed responsibility as a UI Concept designer during this period of time providing service in
▪ Producing concept designs for UI components for a Facebook social game
▪ Designing marketing materials to be used to advertise the game on social media platforms.

Founded in 2008, Cranes Media is a full service creative design agency with offices in Hong Kong and Beijing.My responsibilities at Cranes Media include:
▪ Designing graphics for card, posters, miscellaneous branding and stationery projects.
▪ Providing general studio assistance to the team on a daily basis.
