Innovation by application and technical exploration at component level in castor wheel (stop-go brakes), Non-TSA FCB lock with retractable cables, Smart locks with Integrated USB/ Bluetooth/fingerprint, anti-cut slash-guard fabrics, R-Pet based fabric & Hard cases as Eco-options, Bio- degradable PLA based plastic to reduce impact of plastic on industry's consumption, Anti-bacterial lining material for sanitized interiors of luggage, proposition of Veggie leather as an alternative to existing Polyurethane & PVC usage in industry. * Process driven Design methodology application for new product development. Implementing a RM/HW database and logic matrix for component cost facilitating faster design to cost. * Achieved NPD with a 100% within cost for desired margins, 100% Quality & in time Delivery. This includes some of the company's first, like the Thin Aluminum frame Hard case. The project was driven by innovation and design interventions at stages of rendering, prototype, & Sample Validation.
