Senior Design Director for the Motorsports (Motocross) division. Design direction and management of all Scott Motocross products such as helmets, boots, protection, racewear, gear bags and lifestyle apparel. Management of design team, product developers and freelance contractors. Responsible for all product development, graphics, tech packs and fabric selection . Coordination and travel to China to make sure quality control and production schedules are met.

Design, concepts, art direction and production of all print ads, catalogs, logos, and collateral. Supervise creative photo shoots and image manipulation. Video creative direction and production for T.V. commercials. Product development and tech packs from initial concepts to final product. Extensive coordination with client to assure quality and schedules were met with foreign manufacturers. Travel to China for product review.
