At a very early age, I was always intrigued how products worked and how things were made. I’ve built my entire career, around building the necessary skills sets through education and work experience to craft those goals.

I have over 20 years of experience in product creation, manufacturing innovation, team management, and business development. Previously, I was the Director of 3D Design & Manufacturing Innovation at Under Armour, where I leveraged problem solving, design, and manufacturing to innovative consumer products based on performance.

In 2016, my work was honored with several awards; Under Armour MVP Footwear Award – “The connector” Platinum – International A’Design Award & Competition Winner, International A’Design Designer of the Year Nomination, AMUG (Additive Manufacturing User Group) – Technical Competition Winner, and in 2017 Manufacturing Leadership 2017 Frost & Sullivan – Technically Leadership. My worked was also featured on the cover of Footwear New Magazine May 2016, and a full centerfold interview with me “Under the Armour” in TCT magazine May 2016.

I’ve had the pleasure working with so many talented athletes, from Michael Phelps 2016 Summer Olympics, Tom Brady “Futurist,” Ray Lewis NFL Hall Fame, Bryce Harper, and several more high-profile celebrities. I’m a multiple patent holder, and a well seasoned public speaker on innovation and additive manufacturing.

My passion for creating game changing products through effective decision making, product innovation, and lead to ground-breaking disruptive manufacturing solutions.
