- Corporate Real Estate & Facilities * Leads space planning and workplace design for corporate offices in North America including the Seattle Support Center. * Provides strategic direction for the design team to ensure that the workplace environment reflects the vision of Starbucks culture and brand through consistency of execution, process and standards across the North American corporate office portfolio. * Acts as advocate for focus and balance between construction, real estate, design and planning teams. * Maintains internal executive level leadership relationships across the organization to ensure planning and design meets business needs and requirements. * Coordinates with business units to support the deployment of new initiatives and standards. * Communicates and educates team on changes in policy and practices within the organization, ensuring understanding of priorities and impacts to the team.
