    JORDAN NOLLMAN: Born 1976 in Boston, Ma

    Jordan is a Boston-born, award-winning designer who is inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of design. In his current capacity, Jordan is Chief Creative Officer at Pawscout, President and Principal of Sprout Studios and Founder of newSprout Foundation a non-profit that creates mobile apps for charity.

    Jordan has designed products and experiences for many of the world's top brands & design consultancies, some of which include Alienware, Altec Lansing, Altitude, Astro Studios, Burton Snowboards, Disney, Dell, Eleven, Fisher Price, Herman Miller, HP, Honda, IDEO, Microsoft, Manta Product Development, Motorola, New Balance, Nike, Pogoplug, Puma, P&G, Razorfish, Samsung, Target and Ziba Design.

    Throughout his career Jordan has been an active member in both the Boston and San Francisco design communities serving as chair of IDSA Boston, as well as lecturing on the power of design at numerous universities, conferences and corporations. He also was a juror for the prestigious IDEA Business Week Design Awards and most recently has accepted a seat on the Board of Trustees of Design Museum Boston.



    Jordan holds a BFA in Industrial Design from Rochester Institute of Technology and his work has been published in numerous publications ranging from Wall Street Journal to Popular Science.

      3 years ago while on a surf trip in Mexico Jordan had an idea for a surf journaling app. Between sessions he mocked up the app and upon returning to the States contacted his good friend and surf buddy Ben Rewis. After countless hours of post surf discussions in Ben’s van, Jordan & Ben decided to found newSprout Foundation with the idea and intent to create mobile and web applications for charity.

      In 2011 We legally incorporated as a nonprofit in MA and formalized our tax-exempt status. Our Tax ID Filing Number is 201007273660. new Sprout is in the process of becoming a 501c3 with the IRS. In June of 2012 newSprout Foundation launched its first app, Sessions Surf Journal on the App Store. Please stay tuned for updates and our next App.

      Jordan is currently responsible for all creative at the foundation.
