Create/manage broad range of design items including primary & secondary packaging, influencer mailer kits, seasonal sets, gift boxes & embellishments, TOAs and other custom promotional pieces while supporting VP Global Packaging Design.

Direct report to Associate Vice President, Total Body Care Design. Provided Packaging design development from concept to final production for total category.
• Launched a Holiday single fragrance that grew to BBW’s #1 selling fragrance within a year.
• Designed/managed restage for the Fine Fragrance Mist form; and BBW’s first ever prestige fragrance launch.
• Developed multiple SKUs and forms while working closely with brand/retail merchants and other cross functional partners.
• Delivered some of the the most effective design solutions under demanding timelines (while BBW's revenue grew exponentially: more than 10x within 10 years) and budget restrictions.
• Played key role in decision making and presented to the President or Head of Design in absence of AVP Design. Managed, mentored and ovesaw junior team members and freelancers.
• Assigned project briefs, provided art direction and approvals to outside vendors and agencies including photographers, illustrators and printers.
