Work with Design Director and VP to research trends/concepts/materials for each season. Design and sketch (by hand and/or computer) new and innovative ideas that fit current trends and brand aesthetic. Create color and material palettes for each season. Create life size, detail oriented tech packs for each style. Work closely with Production and Merchandising. Meet with leather/fabric vendors to source new materials. Travel for seasonal inspiration and Market reviews. Work directly with shoe vendor by contributing ideas and inspiration to Women's Shoes.
