About
I enjoy product conception and design from start to finish. I also enjoy taking customer's ideas and turning them into finished products: vinyl graphics, vinyl printing, direct-to-garment t-shirt printing, embroidery, or sublimation. I am proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Tajima Illustrator. Some of my favorite work to do is take images and convert them into visually appealing embroidery designs or vinyl graphics that customers can use for their businesses. I enjoy providing customers with a wide range of possibilities for finished products that use their logos- from hats, shirts, coats, vehicle decals, business cards, window signs, mugs, and more.
In my free time, I enjoy riding my horse, drawing (hyper-realistic with Prismacolors), baking, and spending time with family. -

Certificate FarrierMidwest Horseshoeing School2006 - 2006I enrolled in MHS to learn a trade and start my own business. I operated this business for 10 years. During that time, I managed a client list, scheduled appointments, cared for many different types of client/horse issues, and handled my own accounting. I was the president, secretary, treasurer, and general employee! I most enjoyed working with clients to solve problems with their horse's care and see the improvement afterwards. It required excellent communication skills and a desire to serve both my clients and their horses.

Department ManagerWalcott, IAMay 2002 - Present (24 years 1 month)I manage the day-to-day operations of a full service embroidery and vinyl graphics shop with the assistance of a small team. We provide on the spot solutions for our customers, as well as conversion of images into files that can be printed, cut, or embroidered. We also handle in-store retail merchandising support and product prototypes. I am caretaker of over $100K of inventoried products, internal and external billing procedures, management and scheduling of staff, as well as point person for our other two locations that have a similar shop.
