Work with various vendors to create a detailed marketing plan for each month. Details include plans coordinated around a specific budget, Facebook campaigns, banners for our company website, printed flyers and or posters to advertise in our branches, digital ads that get displayed on our TV's in each branch, as well as email blasts to our customers.
Once the campaign is over, detailed reports are ran to compare against the previous month and previous year to gauge if the campaign was effective.
I handle all of the Coop procedures from the approval and design process to issuing an account credit or check to the customer. As well as many other day to day managerial, secretarial, and Graphic Design duties.

Taking detailed notes from clients and designing a product that will surpass the clients needs and wants.

Maintaining an upscale retail shop with high expectations for store goals, individual goals, and customer service. Project and team management including but not limited to; inventory, schedules, payroll, extensive product knowledge training with myself and a full staff. As well as many other day to day managerial duties.

Keeping up with the daily flow of requested artwork without supervision, dealing with clients on a daily basis, following strict deadlines and managing several projects in a constantly changing, fast paced environment. Traveling to various locations to cover IndyCar and IndyLights Series races.

Sandwich and pizza making, dealing with customers, managing a drawer, training new employees, cleaning and closing the store. As well as many other day to day managerial duties.
