Newspaper and Online
- Plan, structure and page layout design of a weekly 40 to 72-page newspaper publication, including news article layout, image correction and retouching, typography and final art for printing.
- Brainstorm, create, present and approve advertising artwork to clients based on their needs.
- Personalized approach to each client in order to, not only approve the artwork, but also to ensure the advertisers get the best experience.

Project Coordination
- Successfully prepared construction take-offs, site assessments and measurements in order to accurately outline the total material and labour costs for a renovation project.
- Collaborated regularly with Design and Procurement Teams to ensure that proposals were aligned to specifications.
- Supervised Contractor Trades workmanship to ensure quality, timeliness and adherence to construction and design plan, thus ensuring best possible customer satisfaction.
- Presented project status updates to Property Management teams while soliciting input.
- Oversaw logistics coordination at job sites, including receiving, counting, inspection, sorting, storage and tracking of goods.
- Inspected overall work, reporting on deficiencies to prepare plan of action and rectify issues.
