Maro graduated from SCAD with a BFA in Industrial Design, a minor in Marine Design, and a reputation as a blue-sky thinker, always curious and determined to create a better tomorrow.
An avid adventurer, he was raised all over the world thanks to an expatriate upbringing. Drawing from his experiences, he crafts his ideas into tangible solutions to design-based problems. A highly creative mind constantly at work, his projects are on display at the SCAD Industrial Design Gallery, at Freescale Semiconductor's headquarters in Austin, TX, and at various online publications.
Maro is currently the Product Design Engineer at Malibu Boat's R&D center in California. Taking the design and engineering lead on various successful projects, he is working towards leading the first in-house design department. -
