As senior graphic designer in the Product Development department, my main responsibilities included product design; packaging; retouching product photos and creating lifestyle images; product catalogs; creating social media posts; creating, writing and deploying emails; and updating sales presentations.

Contract position: Executed all marketing and communications responsibilities while NSSRA filled the permanent position. This included designing and posting website and social media assets; writing an article about NSSRA Foundation’s Capital Campaign to submit to the press; creating and deploying emails and newsletters in ConstantContact; updating two websites using WordPress; updating a summer program guide; providing copy writing and editing and more.

Designed a wide variety of marketing collateral, including brochures, postcards, invitations, signage, portfolios, banner ads, custom emails, posters, social media images and more for brokers and/or the company.

Sole designer in charge of development of all graphics for print and digital editions of Cleaning & Maintenance Management (CMM) magazine, ISSA's largest publication with a readership of over 33,000 and nine annual issues of up to 72 pages each.
• Developed all design elements for print and digital editions of CMM magazine, including cover design and page layout, using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Following ISSA’s acquisition of the publication, executed the redesign of the magazine to modernize and bring a cleaner aesthetic.
• Coordinated all activities with print and digital publication vendors.
• Redesigned daily newsletter template, implementing a responsive design, modernizing outdated graphics and simplifying layout for a sharper look.
• Responsible for sourcing, selecting, formatting and posting images on CMMonline.com website, as well as creating product-related posts and advertorials, using Adobe Business Catalyst.
• Led team tasked with executing a major fix to the layout, navigation, graphics and text of the Latin American trade show website under a tight deadline of three weeks before launch.
• Designed trade show signage for the association’s North American convention.
• Developed designs and layouts for select advertisements for print and digital publication.
• Edited podcasts using Adobe Audition.
• Edited layout and content of webinar slides in Microsoft PowerPoint.
