Responsible for all operations and technical support of production in the manufacture of of fabricated designer furniture. Implemented Lean Manufacturing for work flow including 5S, "Kaizen as Culture" and KANBAN warehouse and production management systems. Introduced structured Quality Assurance and Control System with training for technicians and Research and Development for support. Improved product quality by 12% during the first 6 months. Managed and established good working relationships with over 600 personnel and managers. Produced several trade shows and represented the company a Maison et Objet Asia 2015.

General Manager: Oversight and complete administration of the manufacture of luxury tents and trademark interiors. Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, HRD, Logistics, Project Management, and Marketing as related to manufacture. Served as Technical Liason, planning and deploying installation of tents across the Indonesian Archipelago and abroad. Introduced to our factories a Manufacturing Program which resulted in increased efficiency and quality of output for those that implemented the program. Responsible for logistics and planning, quality control program and implementation, product development, sourcing, budgeting, communications and public relations. Implemented integrated Quality Control program based on standards set by major U.S. furniture manufacturers. Developed and implemented a Product Development service providing clients with a complete package of production drawings, renderings, sampling, web-based production tracking, and logistics. Worked side by side with award winning designers such as Soo Kian Chan (SCDA), Lisa Gariss (Plum Design), Ed Poole (Poole Associates) and Mark Hertrich (MHNA).

As a representative surveyed over 120 manufacturers throughout Java and Bali. Established ongoing relationships with fifteen manufacturers of high-end high quality indoor and outdoor furniture and decor using many different mediums. Resultant output was over 300 TEU's of high-quality furniture per year. Introduced to our factories a Manufacturing Assessment Program which resulted in increased efficiency and quality of output for those that implemented the program. Responsible for logistics and planning, quality control program and implementation, product development, sourcing, budgeting, communications and public relations. Implemented integrated Quality Control program based on standards set by major U.S. furniture manufacturers. As GM of their woodworking division, responsible for all operations of the factory, including product development, design, marketing and administration. Began collaborative relationships with larger companies as sub-contract supplier for several well established brand names. Increased revenues by 100%, introduced systematized manufacturing techniques, and optimized full potential of the factory infrastructure. Company closed due to re- focus of products produced.

Implemented modern manufacturing techniques that saved $10K a year in rejects.
