As an industrial designer, amateur boxer and avid traveler, I seek new and exciting personal and professional challenges. My design work is inspired by my diverse interests, and is born out of an innate desire to make the world a more beautiful place, inside and out. My approach combines research, technical expertise and an artistic sensibility in form giving to rethink and reimagine everyday objects and experiences. Let’s create together!
Before starting my own studio in 2017, my professional journey spanned numerous design disciplines in NYC. From designing kitchenware at Prepara, structural packaging at Anthem Worldwide, retail environments / visual merchandising at Sheridan&Co. and furniture, packaging and consumer products at Karim Rashid Studio, I acquired nearly a decade of experience in bringing products to market, developing brands through design, and working with a wide range of clients. Asking the right questions, attention to detail, passion and dedication are some of the qualities that I bring to every project. -

Creative Designer, RetailNew York, NYJan 2013 - Jan 2015 (2 years)Developed creative retail space and merchandising solutions for high profile brands including L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Laura Mercier, Folli Follie, Delta Faucet, Jockey, Samsung and Burt’s Bees. Led the Laura Mercier account and developed dozens of counter designs for various retail sites around the world. Played a key role in maintaining existing clients and acquiring new ones, such as Folli Follie, through a consistent track record of beautiful and inspired design ideas along with thorough and timely execution.

Structural and Industrial DesignerNew York, NYMar 2012 - Dec 2012 (9 months)Worked alongside the structural design director on a variety of client projects,
specializing in ideation, concept development, visualization, prototyping and production of innovative packaging design solutions and retail displays. Clients include Pfizer, Novartis, Danone, Revlon, Jerdon, Calphalon, Kraft and Coca Cola. Assisted the strategy team in the creation of consumer workshop stimulus and brand visual territories and was involved in executing consumer testing. Worked alongside the graphics and strategy teams to develop cohesive design proposals. -
Product and Packaging DesignerNew York, NYSep 2009 - Mar 2012 (2 years 6 months)Served as an integral part of the firm’s design team through the development of concept sketches, 3D CAD models and renders, foam models, patent drawings, structural packaging, packaging graphics, photography, catalog layouts and web graphics. Designed and developed products and packaging for the Prepara kitchen tools brand and the newly launched Capital coffee accessories brand as well as for external clients. Managed junior designers and coordinated production and quality control with overseas manufacturers.

Environmental Graphics DesignerOttawa, ONMay 2007 - Aug 2008 (1 year 3 months)Developed environmental graphics and structures for national festivals (Canada Day and Winterlude), special event programs and concerts (150th Anniversary of the Capital, 400th Anniversary of Québec City, Orchestras in the Park, Opera Under the Stars) and televised press conferences. Designed and managed the production of commemorative plaques and gifts for the Ottawa visit of HRH Prince Edward on October 11, 2007. Collaborated in the design of a courtyard identification system, a national park visitor center exhibit, outdoor interpretation and other permanent signage and wayfinding.
