• Ran a root cause analysis to address a persistent fitting issue within upholstery operations utilizing an automated machine-vision textile cutting table – drafted and administered an operational plan to fix pattern digitization reducing upholstery waste rate by 30% - roughly 100,000 sq / meters per year.
• For Stonz, a Canadian kid’s footwear company, sourced agent and production facilities in China, generated designs, line drawings, and construction technical packets for a line of footwear. Advised on product line lists with cost and margin tracking and financial forecasts for bulk production and shipping costs.
• With Vere, a Made in America branded sandal manufacturer, advised on marketing materials and selling direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels for limited edition sandal offerings. Consulted on production processes to optimize material yield, assisted in trade show sales optimization and raising of capital funds. Worked with Vere and consultant group to concept a customized fitting footwear business model for the consumer and medical marketplace. Utilizing new silicon chipset technology, mobile infrared hardware, bio scanners, 3D print, and CNC milling production technologies.

• Successfully collaborated with strategic partners in China to innovate and improve a thermoplastic polymer to mimic rubber, EVA foams, polyurethane, and hard plastic for products and recycling.
• Supplied and integrated materials in client's product development processes and manufacturing in a wide array of industries including - outdoor, sporting goods, aerospace, and consumer goods.
• Provided daily communication, mentoring, and support to the development team of 12 in Asia.
