• Along with cross-functional team, re-designed and re-launched the NB bra
line. Everything from consumer focus, to end use was explored. Intenisve development week with factory in Asia was also utilized to enhance product. Biometrics and consumer testing was used to validate.

• Designed technical performance apparel for the women’s running category and on track kits for our professional running athletes.
• This included customized standout outfits on the track for Sydney Mclaughlin and Trayvon Bromell.
• Worked with the Lead Designer on innovative material developments, market and trend research, sustainability efforts and product creation.
• Responsible for ideation, design, color application, tech pack creation, fittings and product line reviews to establish comprehensive yet commercial product.
• Worked directly with athletes to learn about product insights, feedback, and relevant consumer insights.
• Worked on product ranging from best level down to value chain.

• Worked directly with Lead Designer and men’s design team to create a cohe- sive, innovative and trend relevant running collection for the progressive runner.
• Designed the 2021 Team Elite professional run kits. This included customized standout outfits on the track for Sydney Mclaughlin.

• Designed women’s training product. Aesthetic was geared towards trend relevant better level product
• Lead the team responsible for the Jcrew x NB collaboration. Worked directly with Jcrew designers and development team to bring vision and product to life

• Assisted Lead Designer in trend research, material developments, tech pack creation and product line reviews.

• Assisted Senior Designer in department relevant research, design ideation and product creation.
• Worked directly with buying team to help identify opportunities in the line.
