• Designed CAD/Print artworks for the entire collection, from inspiration to production

• Direct report of Chief Operating Officer; providing daily workflow and productivity updates for 20+ QVC, HSN and EVINE brands: such as Dennis Basso, Dennis Basso Home, Giuliana Rancic, Hal Rubenstein, Home Furnishings, Serena Williams, Lisa Rinna, Bibhu Mohapatra, Nicole Richie, and Vanessa Williams.
• Managed CAD department; three full-time employees with occasional interns. Interview, schedule and train interns, freelancers and new hires; delegate tasks, directing as needed with approvals of all outgoing CAD artwork, trend presentations, factory packages, design presentations and special projects.
• Created original all-over repeats, placement, yarns, engineering prints, knits and sweaters using Photoshop and Illustrator. Created color cards and approved lab dips.

• Trend forecasting CAD / Prints / Graphics & Design.
• Dress designer, RTW pieces, collection sketcher, fittings, prints, patterns and graphics.

• Provided fast, focused and accurate fashion forecast and global trend information to the design community (Color, Print, Fabric, Merchandise ideas, etc).
• Seasonal trend services presentations / On-going fashion flash information.
• Follow up on color, print, fabric development and merchandise ideas.
• Meeting attendance required on and off-site / trade shows / expositions / fashion shows and special activities related to trend forecasting.
• Visual color evolution from season to season (for each brand).
• Showrooms set-up: theme per season.

• Generated print packages for domestic and overseas garment development.
• Created seasonal presentation boards and developed & maintained illustration library.
• Designed graphics and artwork for brand.
• Monitored print designs from inspiration to in-store.

• Created and developed CAD prints for 14 brands using U4ia Software.
• Color matching, generate print repeats and layout patterns for woven, knits and sweaters.
• Produced fashion illustrations based on prototype samples for market presentation.
• Process encompassed from establishment of color standards through to print S/O's, to production approval of bulk.
• Responsible for all CAD and printing technologies including U4ia software, hardware, scanners and large format Epson printers and supplies.
