- Reverse engineering product design, redesign existing products and components to get the last updated
and standard drawing files.
- Develop a new products with R&D team.
- Guide and mantain the products develpment process until first trial production process.
- Build a prototype or mook up to ensure the products function running well.
- Discussed and decided production process for every components like Die Casting, Injection Molding, etc.
- Lead and guide team to do trial and error process, until we pass the products standard specification
that’s needed, like trial & error to waterproof product specification (IP67).
- Products improvements to get more efficient process, cut the unecessary production process (steps) and to
decrease production cost.
- Provide some standard documentation based on ISO 9001 management standard, like products technical
documentation, change proposal documents, etc.
- Cooperate with Graphic Designer to provide rendering images for brochue, websites that’s used for marketing.
- Coordinate PPIC, Warehouse and QC department about components stocks and specifications for projects.
- Lead & support QC Incoming to create SOP, determine & classificate about problems that we found in the
products, based on the standard checking criteria (critical, major or minor) and create Product Acception.
- Lead the team to do Planning Out Control, if the suppliers sent us a products that’s not meet with our standard.
- Coordinate and support Purchasing departement to do suppliers comparison, price negotiation,
suppliers evaluation create mou and maintain a good relationship with suppliers.
- Lead, maintain and ensure team to follow Time Planning & Action Schedule to reach our goals.
- Lead the team to do a Planning Out Control Action, if planning are not like that’s we planned.
- Cooperate with maintenance department to improve the factory building, like create factory layout, etc.

- Analyse, improve & provide problem solving about gold stamping dies consruction.
- Create some improvements to cut steps gold products production process and waste unecessary step
to decrease production time.
- improve production machine with add some part or components that’s will increase and support operator to
do their jobs.
- Maintain and practice ISO management standard 5R to increase the work capabilities.
- Discussion and meeting with Workshop departement about production part, components, production process
and machine (wirecuts, edm, cnc, etc) that will be use to produce the parts.
- Guide and maintain the production process running well,
- Provide some gold products rendering images to Marketing department.

- Handle SolidWorks Training, teach and guide our customers or prospects about how to use and operate
SolidWorks 3D Modeling Software.
- Maintain customer satisfication with give full support and problem solving for any every customers needs.
- Cooperate with marketing team to win and faciliate projects from create projects plan and action based on
our prospects production field (like bicycle mfg, injection mold mfg, plastic parts mfg, etc).
- Discussion and meeting with team to find the best solution for every prospects and customers needs.
- Product presentation, visited our prospects to introduce our company profile and products and convience them
about our solutions thats we offer are the best solution for their manufacturing problems and improvements.
- Searching a new prospects with door to door system, spread the brochure, online media and any others else.
- Follow up our customers and prospects to maintain a good relationship with them and increase opportunity to
make our customers and prospects to open PO.
- Create some graphic design jobs like create brochure, logo, cutting sticker, banner , etc.
- Lead the team to create some engineering solution (with SolidWorks) like, user guides, tips & tricks, etc
our customers.
- Handle SolidWorks events as a speaker, coordinate and ensure the events running well.
- Take a Certification and Expert SolidWoks Training to make our teams more professional.
