Develop the overall design team's capabilities by providing them with cutting-edge design, visualization and prototyping tools and fostering forward-thinking behavior.
Manage the design process for the more technically challenging products in the Vans lineup.

Co-chair of the Working Group on Product Sustainability.

Managed the design team responsible for Action Sports equipment and protective gear (helmets, body protection, gloves, snowboard boots and technical footwear) under the Vans Snow and Pro-Tec brands. Responsibilities included trend research, concept development and refinement, 3D modeling and engineering, rapid prototyping, generation of tooling-ready CAD data, and, finally, testing (the fun part). Categories include Skate, Snowboard, Mountain Bike, BMX, Wakeboard and Paddle sports.

Provided Design, CAD Modeling and Prototyping support for various automotive design studios, toy and consumer electronics manufacturers. Clients included VW/Audi, BMW Designworks, MGA Entertainment, Tupperware, Art Center College of Design.

In charge of Design and Prototyping of a collection of vehicles for the Bratz line of toys. Created photorealistic renderings for marketing and POP purposes.

Preparation work on various GT cars including Gillet Vertigo, Porsche 911 GT2, and other classic race cars.

Designed Components and Assemblies for various Dupont plastics machinery
