Artefact is an award winning technology product design and development company based in the Seattle area. For nearly 8 years, Artefact has made a name for itself by combining the qualities of digital and physical design and interaction in new and inspiring ways. As a Design Lead, my role was to lead projects and design teams to drive results in three key areas: Quality, Profitablity and Best Place to Work. I found this simple combination of goals brought to bear the full range of my skillset: Design skill and expertise (Quality), Organization and results-driven thinking (Profitability) and Leadership and Communication (Best Place to Work).
