Responsible for the strategic brand development, art direction, conceptualization and graphic design, of all visual marketing and advertising solutions (print/digital), while establishing new marketing and sales opportunities throughout the industry. In 2012, my team was responsible for the 32% increase of our retail insurance CE business line. Also seeing an increase was the reach of our sales force at 18%, through projects created in conjunction with the Business Development Manager and Vice President of Sales.

CDP Creative Solutions offers design solutions for B2B and B2C corporations in the Midwest. Our team has been hired by national businesses to strategically form and execute graphic design solutions with a focus on conceptualization, execution and brand strategy.

Helped establish new marketing opportunities, assisted with sales promotion campaigns and verified press releases. Monitored corporate social media outlets, websites, Adwords, analytics, SEO, and created content for print/digital marketing and advertising, all while growing vendor relationships.

At Quest CE, our team facilitates a variety of printed design solutions with a focus on branding, collateral, sales documentation and advertising. Also implemented is a variety of web design, national B2B product advertising, direct mailer campaigns, email advertising, conference exhibition design and social media marketing.

At World Class Incentives, our team worked with several national companies to design and produce a variety of printed materials for their incentive programs. These included monthly promotional mailers, destination proposals, sub-branding design, printed collateral for international vendors, travel packaging, large format banners and event advertising design.

The FedEx Kinko's Design center and Sign and Banner Department covered more then the basic needs for the everyday copy consumer. Those who need graphics services requested design direction and production assistance to reach their goals. As a design student at the time, I spent hours helping small business owners and local franchises create, edit, and preflight design work, much to the chagrin of my manager.
