Stephanie Hensley

I am a highly driven and well-rounded individual with an extensive background in footwear. My communication skills, emotional intelligence, organization and reliability have helped me develop a successful career for 10 years within the footwear industry, with a wide but deep breadth of skills and experience.

I continually hone both my knowledge and skill set within the industry because I like the challenge and I love footwear. I am proficient and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the shoe design, making, and production process. I received my Master’s Degree in Footwear Design from Cordwainers in London, in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design.



I have extensive experience working with both Chinese and Italian factories and I speak both languages fairly well; in addition to working very closely with them in my time as a designer for Brown Shoe & Kenneth Cole, I lived in Dongguan, China for 2 years, working directly with factories and suppliers there.
