Implemented and supervised the construction of commercial Tenant Improvement's specializing in Dental boutiques.

- Five Dental clinics throughout Los Angeles region

I would compare various City issued maps of the underground sewer infrastructure with what AST would document. I would notify our clients of any discrepancies and provide correct data for their records. This would include; sizes of pipe, lengths of pipe runs, abandoned pipes, depths of pipes below grade, and would be paired with video footage taken by an AST technician. I would ensure accuracy of reports generated and all existing conditions that were called-out in the videos.

Robert L. Earl, AIA is a High End Residential Architecture and Design firm. As a Project Coordinator I would follow Mr. Earl's direction for Design and Construction Documentation. I would coordinate all consultants involved with the project at hand and incorporate their work to support our design.

Tenant Improvement Design was DAX's main focus during my employment. I worked exclusively with Design Within Reach and coordinated the Construction Documents with the regional contractors and consultants involved with each project.
